"This hotel is aged. Pain peeling, furniture faded and knocked and carpets from a bygone era. Car parking is in the town on a public street which entails carrying luggage a long way to the hotel rail shuttle and then again onto the hotel reception. The rooms are terrible. Very dated. The bed base on the floor with a thin mattress atop a 15cm high base. You don't so much step out of bed when you get above a certain age, as roll out. The bed sagged to so didn't provide comfort. "Everything is great, good service, they clean your room if you request using the door hanger, good breakfast, and the best is that is right in front of Wien Hauptbanhof (main train, metro and bus hub) you can grab a metro to Stephanplatz downtown the same as you grab a train to Salzburg or Prague. Great location really. Only con is the shower, it has no door and one of the walls is a window floor to ceiling covered by a vertical blinder plus on the side of the missing door bu the closet, there is a whole body mirror to admire yourself in the nude, or whomever is staying with you since they can see you from an angle with no issue. Great price too. Vienna is such a beautiful city."
