"Very good stay for 2 nights Staff helpful Good location near train station and we booked the hop and off bus."

"Very close to train station and main bus stop and places to eat. However in spite of one member of family not able to travel to Salzburg, the city tax was taken for the missing person, which didn’t happen in Innsbruck or Munich. Fridge inside the room didn’t work and they didn’t replace it. All food was rotten because of a non-functioning fridge."

"Spent 3 nights here whilst on business in Vienna. Was very pleased with the modern rooms, bed was very comfortable, it has a lovely rainforest shower. It has an amazing roof top bar and they have a very good initiative where if you turn down the room cleans they give you a drink token which I thought was very good. Would definitely use again."

"It was a beautiful hotel, a bit out of the city centre but had a shopping centre and loads of small shops next to it. Housekeeping came every morning which was great too. Staff were alright but we did get a couple of judgy looks and no one actively told you about the sauna and gym that you could use you had to ask etc."
