"Awesome location and great host communication and directions but the property needs serious update and refurbishing. This tourist town is a getaway for adults not college students. Was really disappointed. Plus the alley, parking and steps are STEEP and precarious for the wrong car or older/disabled individual."

"Close to everything downtown. Reasonable price. We were gone most of the time so we just needed a place to sleep. Parking was a slight issue as there were 4 cars crammed into a steep lot with uneven ground. It met our needs and we would like to return."

It appears to have been a retail space previously, which probably explains several things, including both bedrooms not having closing doors, closets/rack to hang clothing, or more than 1 adequate pillow per person. I lost check in procedure and was very promptly answered, which was very much appreciated! Unfortunately room not cleaned when we arrived, after...
