"The room had not been cleaned. There was crud on the sink, in the shower, and visible dust on the shelf. Shower and sink didn't drain and there were also hairs in the shower. Bed bugs. The nightstand had drink rings and the floor had a sticky spill. I told staff and they were just like sorry."

"Unique and quaint hotel. We had a wonderful stay! Very clean. Very friendly staff. We were in town for a concert at the Pantheon, which was next door. Very quick walk down the sidewalk."

"This is the third year that we have stayed here at Smith Mountain Lake. This home is amazing and we all enjoy the amenities as well as the beautiful lake view.
