"The Hotel Retreat Siargao Resort is an excellent location for all the people who wanted to visit Siargao. Jason Ha and the wife Reni is an excellent host. They will provide you with a bottle of red wine and a 7 course dinner on your first day in Siargao. The location is about 30 minutes from cloud 9 and from the Corgi Isla. "The facilities are really nice in general but the new rooftop hangout is going to really make this hostel stand out when things go back to normal. Such a great place to hangout, have drinks after surfing, watch movies on a rainy day or play play or other games with other travellers!

Lovely, friendly owners, they supported me with booking island tour and airport transfer. I rented a scooter one day from the B&B to explore the island, very reasonable price.
Room is standard with warm electrical shower. Aircon works well but makes a lot of noise, but I slept well regardless. Power went out because of rain but it was restored...
"It was really clean and the hot water worked really good. The restaurant was good as well, especially for breakfast. We had the pancakes and the omelette was really good with the three cheeses. The weight staff were very friendly and helpful at all times."

"The hotel is run down, beat up. Bathroom had water all over the floor from leaking sink. Wifi could only be used in the lobby. No enough toiletries provided. Tv broken.
