"The bathroom had mold the shower was not clean at all the shower head was all clogged up the furniture shad stain the bed was not clean one off the cleaning work just open my room door and tried to get in then when I went at the receptionist trying to cancel one off the two days I was staying they were not helpful I mean at all so yes this hotel was pooor for me"

"It is a very quiet well placed little hotel, well looked after and with very helpful staff. Unfortunately we did not try the dinner as we were going out but the menu looked excellent and the breakfast was very good. The room was clean and well kept. Unfortunately also we did not try the other amenities like the gym and swimming pool but we will certainly stay there again so as to enjoy them as well as the dinner. "I can’t say enough good things about the Element hotel. I was upgraded to a nicer room without my asking. It had a kitchenette, a sitting room and the bedroom. The air-conditioning worked great. The staff were lovely. The pool is enjoyable. Would stay here again in a heartbeat."
