"Absolutely unique property in the heart of old Patiala. The management team, led by Deep Singh, has painstakingly brought this heritage site back to its prior glory. Service was attentive. The property is brand new and the team is working hard to optimize the guest experience. The gym is sufficient. We did not use the spa services. The pool is picturesque. "I was very disappointed with the hotel as it was not providing the basic need for day to day hot water was not working towels were not clean bedding was not clean room was too cold staff was very helpful they can do only so much it's up to owner to upgrade the hotel room standard entrance of the hotel misleading to the rooms i will rate this hotel zero our stay was short but it has caused lot of stress which we least needed as we were attending wedding"
