Magnificent village house with panoramic views

House located in a small village in southern Ardeche (southern Ardeche).

An ideal location for relaxation, tranquility assured with a panoramic terrace of 80 square meters and a beautiful view of the valley.

Guests can also enjoy an authentic pizza oven and a barbecue.

House located 20 minutes from Aubenas and its Provencal market on Saturday morning, 15 minutes from the medieval village of Vogue, 25 minutes from Balazuc, a village perched on a cliff overlooking the Ardèche, both listed among the beautiful villages in France.

House also located 30 minutes from the Ardèche Gorges and the famous Pont d'Arc Cave.

Village altitude of 420m so a bit cooler than in the gorges of Ardeche, this is very significant especially in summer.

Not to mention the Baths of Vals les Bains located 20 minutes from home.

For fishing enthusiasts wild trout (Fario), you are ideally placed because there are two rivers that pass below the village.

Ideal base for hiking, many tours leave from the village, but also for mountain bikers, canoes and cultural visits in the region.

Un petit havre de paix

Une agréable petite maison avec une terrasse magnifique centrée par un olivier. Le village est perdu dans la montagne ardéchoise. Très calme et reposant.

Huisje was perfect. Zeer rustige omgeving. Huisje ligt in een klein dorpje boven op berg. Wel prima te bereiken. Restaurant en supermarkt min 10 km verderop.

Un séjour paisible dans un arboretum à grande échelle

Nous avons apprécié la région des Monts d'Ardèche avec leurs villages pittoresques. Le calme est un élément important pour nous et nous l'avons absolument trouvé ainsi que le confort de l'habitation totalement privative. Tout y est pour passer un agréable séjour. Il faut cependant prévoir de se déplacer pour trouver une boulangerie ou une boucherie, le village n'a aucune épicerie. La météo a été plutôt capricieuse en ce début de mai mais nous avons pu profiter de la région et de ses atouts. Les promenades sont à faire un peu partout dans la région, les rivières nombreuses, la végétation luxuriante et les chants des oiseaux à profusion. Merci à Christophe pour ce magnifique lieu de vacances partagé.

Tolles Ferienhaus in Superlage

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Woche im Haus von Christophe. Herrlicher Blick von der Terasse, tolle Lanschaft an der Ardèche, gute Wandermöglichkeiten. Vielen Dank auch noch mal an Christophe für seine nette, unkomplizierte Art. Wir kommen sicher noch mal wieder.

Ruhiger Urlaub in der Natur

Wir haben die Ruhe sehr genossen Darbres ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt zu besonderen Orten im Massiv Central sowie in die Provençe. Sehr schön ist die Terrasse mit ihrem Ausblick und Ambiente. Wir haben uns weniger in der Wohnung als auf der Terrasse aufgehalten.

un agréable petit nid

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié cette semaine chez Mr Grudnowski. L'atout majeur est bien sûr la terrasse avec un magnifique olivier, une vue superbe, un four à pizza et un barbecue. A l'intérieur tout est bien pensé et conçu. La déco est de bon goût. Rien ne manque. L'accueil est chaleureux et les réponses aux besoins rapides. De belles marches possibles à partir de la location. On ne peut que recommander.

Séjour en Ardèche au calme des collines

Une petite maison au calme, assez proche d'Aubenas et des gorges de l'Ardèche pour canyoning, spéléologie, velorail, etc... Les moustiquaires dans les chambres sont appréciables pour dormir paisiblement... tout comme le hamac pour la sieste sur la terrasse.

Très bon séjour en Ardèche. La maison de notre hôte était idéal avec une terrasse et une vue topissime. Maison fonctionnelle avec tout ce dont nous avons besoin. Petit couac venant des précédents locataires car il n'avait pas notifié l'hôte qu'il n'y avait plus de gaz. Heureusement, le nécessaire a été fait rapidement. Petit bémol sur la vaisselle ms là aussi cela vient des locataires car les plats casseroles et poêles étaient grasses donc pas bien lavé. Je recommande vivement 😊
