Cozy and Clean Facility

Park place was an amazing stay on a utv trip across the Magruder Trail. Very comfortable with plenty of amenities to make it worth while. Would definitely stay and recommend to friends and family.

It was the perfect accommodation for our fly fishing weekend. The only thing that wasn’t great was i didn’t get an email with check in instructions, but was able to reach Toni and she got us in. The space was very clean and comfortable. I highly recommend!

Darby is a small town with no coffee shop. No fault of the condo owners. When the coffee pot was not working, it was a problem. However, the owners had a new one there that afternoon which was greatly appreciated and showed that they wanted their guests to be pleased. Condo was nicely appointed and the bed was comfortable, which we appreciated - - not always the case in rentals. Condo opens out onto a pleasant park and has outdoor chairs so we could enjoy the scene. Darby's lunch and dinner restaurants were good. A coffee shop was in-progress across the street from the condo so future guests should be able to enjoy it. Pleasant condo, pleasant town.

The condo is huge. Comfortable. They left a basket of snacks…. How nice. We just came off a raft trip so really appreciated being able to wash a load of clothes. I highly recommend this property. Also liked to walk to dinner just down the street.

Open the door and you are standing in a small and yet comfortable little cabin. There is a fairly large living room space with a comfortable couch for reading and television viewing. To your right is a stocked kitchen with a full size refrigerator and stove with oven. We made the majority of our meals here. There are two bedrooms with a very comfortable bed and a clean and adequate bathroom. We had been driving for 12 hours and so when I say we left feeling refreshed and rested, it was meaningful.

Happy with my decision

Park Place was way more than what I thought we would be getting. It is a small apartment, but very spacious. It has everything that you would need. The beds are very comfortable. The living room is so spacious that you could almost have two full-size blowup mattresses and plenty of room to walk around in if needed. The location is perfect for exploring the little town of Darby. The Mayor gave us a little tour and a history lesson of the town. She even gave us some information about the Yellowstone show that is filmed in Darby. The Dutton ranch is just on the outside of the town.

Clear directions on how to enter property, received several emails on how to do. Large rooms, immaculate inside of unit. Comfortable beds, nice to have washer and dryer in unit. Provided snacks and water. Easy parking. Restaurants nearby. Unit faces park with lots of activity ,families and random teenagers.The reason I didn’t give a 5 star rating was we were concerned, not knowing area, that main door to unit was all glass, so easy to break in, neighbor to our unit was very loud and noisy, outdoor front porch area very dirty and cushions on outdoor furniture really needed to be replaced. No curtains in main bedroom, only shade, so lots of light coming in. Hard to work wall air conditioning unit and light with temp on it so bright we felt that we had a light on all night. Also, didn’t cool very well.

The little apartment was beautiful. I wish we could of stayed longer in this place!! No negatives at all!! I really wanted to get into to see Yellowstone Ranch, which the locals hate! Got flipped off from a passer by when we were parked to take pictures of the ranch. Didn’t feel welcomed in Darby if you liked the show

Property is right next to a park and is easy walking to local shops. Surprisingly quiet for so close to main road. Nice to find place that works so well for families. Our room had 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, sizable tv, dining room table, kitchen table, and couch.

I got to the hotel and could not find any staff member or anyone who would provide me a room. Literally there was no one there, so I had to leave and find some place else to stay. I would surely appreciate it if I could get a refund for this scam of a place.

We stopped for a short stay on the way to Yellowstone. The condo was accommodating for my party of 7. The furnishings were dated and there was a loud barking dog next door. I was able to text the manager and the dog stopped barking. We walked to dinner with an 8 year old and 10 year old and on the way back got ice cream. We plan to see the antique/candy shop before checking out.

A unusual but locally owned property that had a great personal touch. Very comfortable in unique town with access to walking most of the town with a small park on the side. Owners went to great length to provide a nice homey feel.
