"Location was perfect. Ok for a short stay. We stayed for 28 days without a proper shower only a small bath and no washing machine was not ideal. Time for the Host to stay at the property and update it, as this could really be a gem property. Overall communication with the Host was excellent."

What frustrated me most is that Regency Apartments charged my card eventhough I have already fully paid to Hotels.com. The rational from Regency Apartments is that they could not charge against Hotels.com. But this is not my issue. "The Location of the house is Perfect! The only thing to criticise was that we booked for 4 People but only got linen and towels for 3. unfortunately no response to my Text Message and Email. We figured it out since we only spent two Nights there. On First sight the house was clean but I discovered old receipts and empty Water bottles under our bed when I checked it before leaving. Apart from that - excellent property I would definitely recommend. "

"Lovely flat , very comfortable bed, all in good order with fantastically equipped kitchen and nice shower. Everything we needed was there, and host was quick to answer any questions. Not really for older couples, due to steps down from parking at the back, and parking a little tricky (which host did point out) Back area looks rather down at heel when you arrive, which is a shame considering how nice the flat itself is. "
