"The hotel staff is friendly, the hotel amenities are very efficient and effective, and the view of the mountains from the top two floors - is just fantastic. Had a bit of a medical emergency, and the hotel had no immediate response. They did not know how to call a doctor, but they did provide a car to take me to the hospital next-door but did not offer the car service to come back."

"Pricey. But nothing can beat this surreal experience of a cottage in the clouds. The staff are superb. Please don’t forget to tip the staff generously since they don’t make a lot. "
