"We’d stay in this studio apartment again. It’s in a great location with excellent restaurants nearby, but very quiet. The bed was excellent and it was well equipped. Being a MadeComfy apartment, it was easy to call them to receive support and everything was well organised. Having a heater in the bathroom would be good. Highly recommended. "

The location was excellent and the apartment had fantastic vehicle security underneath with easy access.We had lots of room for 4 adults, everything anyone would need while staying interstate from Perth. "Great location for attending Caulfield Racecourse as it is directly opposite. Very quiet street at night no traffic noise at all. Good amenities fully equipped kitchen with oven, hotplates microwave and dish washer. Also a laundry with washer and dryer."

"The place is in a great location for shopping, driving to the centre and driving around Melbourne. The service desk was very helpful re:check in prior to our arrival. It's great that the check in is digital and on your app. Maybe more than 1 set of keys for the apartment and clearer instructions about the parking would be better. "The property looked exactly like the photos displayed.However,upon arrival, there was no tv,no wifi,soiled towels, broken window latch (whereby someone could easily climb through into the property),broken kettle,scuffed walls l, broken rangehood and stove top.These issues were raised when discovered and I was promised a refund for of 20% for everyday of my stay until wifi is available. It has been almost over 3weeks now and i have yet to receive my refund and an update from the team. Response...

I called them nearly everyday to request for blankets, but only received SORRY and told that they cannot guarantee to provide the blankets. Since we have paid for 6 person, we should be provided with sufficient accessories. The instructions for opening the garage door was not clear, and we were unable to use the garage for first 2 days.
