The location is spot on and there is tons to do around the area with amazing walks and scenery to local markets and nice restaurants and pubs. "Very enjoyable stay in a surprisingly roomy terraced property. Quiet location yet very close to centre of Stokesley. High standard of cleaning and equipment. Our only issues were directions to the property, key in the wrong place and a microwave problem. We believe all of these points are being addressed."

"This was a fantastic cottage with all the mod cons and incredibly clean, lovely beds and towels and biscuits and milk left for us also.We did think there would be a back garden with grass as we had taken our little dog with us but there was'nt. My husband did find a very large field with right of way about 2 mins walk away so little dog loved it so not so much of a problem. "

"Excellent venue with lots of parking. Very clean and spacious. This was a last minute booking and communication was poor. You don't get access instructions until you pay a waiver that costs either an additional £10 or £25 depending on what you choose. And then you have to chase to get it back. Sounds a bit of a con to me but I had no choice. Overall though the property was excellent, just let down by a poor letting agent in my opinion."
