Tucked in a private gated community, the cottage offers two levels of bright, coastal living with wrap-around decks on both floors. Relax in a hammock, gather with loved ones, and soak in panoramic ocean views.

The upper level features an open-concept kitchen, dining, and living area with vaulted ceilings, an electric fireplace, and a primary bedroom with queen bed, ensuite, and private deck. Downstairs includes a second living room, two bedrooms (one with a queen, one with two single-over-double bunk beds), a full bathroom, and laundry.

Just a short walk to the beach, Summer Haven comes equipped for a full day of seaside fun. Located 10 minutes from Malpeque Harbour and 20 from Cavendish, you’re perfectly situated to explore local seafood, shops, and attractions.

Beautiful views, and very convenient. It already jad everything you needed . Did not have to pack anything but clothes. Would definitely recommend as well as stay again

We spent thanksgiving weekend at this beautiful location. 3 adults, 3 children under 13, and a golden retriever. The beach is closer than it appears from the photos, and what a great beach for walking. Everything was very clean, and we had everything we needed to make a memorable thanksgiving meal— which was enjoyed with a beautiful view of the ocean, with beautiful sounds of the surf. Highly recommended for a relaxing retreat
