Es war wirklich toll zu sehen wie hundefreundlich das Hotel und das gesamte Team war (Hundeschild, Napf, Unterlage, einen Randtisch beim Abendessen, Leckerlis vom Housekeeping usw.) "1) They did not refund one day reduction even when requested over a month in advance. 2) the SPA was not open until 1pm!, 3) the floor of our room was being remodeled with several laundry carts containing various materials spread down the hallway. 4) Front desk and main floor was empty and with lights shut off by 9pm."

"This was our first visit to this part of Germany and everything about the holiday was excellent. Everyone was so friendly and to be able to cycle so much to explore the countryside and small villages made it special. The hotel, it's location, it's facilities, views, breakfast and especially it's staff was memorable."
