Staff were very polite and helpful. Our room was big, bathroom great. Bed was very comfy, and bedroom large. Plenty of wardrobe space. Lounge very comfy excellent tv. Kitchen also good.

Everyone was friendly and helpful. We couldn’t figure out how to do something on our rental car, so my husband went into a chips shop and asked a young man if he could help us. He came out, got thing sorted for us, didn’t make us feel dumb!
Received a parking ticket while at the Blackburn doing genealogical research. We had maxed the meter out prior to leaving the parking space but were only allowed an hour. So be aware.
