"I stayed whilst on holiday to Cyprus I really liked how close it was to the bus stop which will get you to Nicosia, ayia Napa and limasoll I found it very easy to find if you are coming from the airport bus 425 drops you off at st Helena church go through the churches gate you will find a lift on the concourse take it to the third floor collect your keys there is also a good discount supermarket across the road I definitely would stay here again "

"Sold as 'entire apartment', but it is anything BUT! You have a tiny room entirely taken up by the bed, and EVERYTHING ELSE IS SHARED! And not guests, but long term residents who were cooking fish when I arrived (I smelt it the moment the lift door open - which also stank of very recently burned cigarette smoke!), along with doing mounds of laundry (strewn all over the 'kitchen' floor!). The balcony was full of ashtrays full of cigarettes, but I was just generally shocked by the whole thing........

"It’s a two bedroom flat a short walking distance from the beach. My stay would have been pleasant if a lot of construction work didn’t happen in the building as of May 2024. Because of that noise I only stayed one night. You can also hear traffic in the street and occasionally sounds from a massage place in the building. "Apartment was a good size with all modern amenities. Only real criticism I had was there was barely any toilet paper and no bags to dispose of waste. It was after 11pm when we arrived so didn't want to go and find a shop at that time. Host was lovely and answered my every question promptly prior to going. Without doubt it was value for money"

"This apartment has so much potential, but it's been neglected over several years, and is uncomfortable. We didn't enjoy our stay. The only plus points are the balcony, the location, and the spacious size of the apartment. Kitchen sink - no hot water, only one of the taps worked. Cooker - no rails in the oven, no oven trays. "Lovely location, short walk to the strip 10 mins. Apartment was great with 2 bedrooms and bathrooms. Nice pool, good size and lovely views out to sea. The first after booking and paying for the apartment the owner contacts us and says that they are occupied and will exchange them for others there. We were scared. "Was pretty ok, a few problems was none of the drawers or cabinets were cleaned in either the bedrooms or kitchen and were really gross inside; there were no extra pillows blankets, or even towels. The Wi-Fi wasn’t super strong so you’d have to be in the same room for it to work at a functional speed. Also the TV was tiny. But I can’t deny the location is pretty insane, right in the center of town where many places are only a 10 +\- minute walk. "

"Schönes, modernes Appartement wie im Inserat beschrieben. Das Haus allerdings ist alt und abgewohnt. Es wohnen dort halt einheimische Menschen aller Couleur, was ja auch einen gewissen Reiz hat. Die Umgebung ist nichts besonderes, die Hauptstraße hörbar. Die zentrumsnahe Lage, nur 5 Gehminuten von der touristischen Marina entfernt, ist ein großes Plus. Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt."
