- The house is a semi-detached house and is located on a plot of approximately 950 square meters.
The apartment has a size of about 100 square meters. On the ground floor you will find an open living and dining area, 1 guest toilet, the entrance area and the sauna. On the upper floor there is the full bath with bathtub, 2 bedrooms and another small living area with a second TV. The two bedrooms are each equipped with a double bed, a spacious closet and two dressers. The living room has a large sofa, a table and the flat screen.
The kitchen is equipped with a coffee machine, kettle and toaster and high-quality dishes and cutlery.
