The owners went out of their way to make sure we enjoyed our stay, providing expert advice on the local area and coast of Turkey. We would come back again just for this hotel. "

The room was freezing with only heating coming from air conditioning which is linked in to go off if you leave the room. We had booked for two nights but had to cancel second night due to cold. The hotel were not that helpful just saying to contact hotel.com to refund second night. No WiFi code given on arrival or information on breakfast times. "We first stayed at the Kizilbuk Ahsap Evleri six years ago and kept good memories of the place. Since then, the 11 wood houses and the private gardens around the houses improved a lot - hammock next to our house was a nice touch, air conditioning was good and the breakfast was adequate. It only took us five minutes' walk to reach the Kizilbuk Beach where we enjoyed the protection from the sun of the private lodges for hotel guests. "We booked deluxe rooms, which were facing towards soom ugly construction. The rooms were really (really) small, and nothing deluxe. The hotel in general is nice, but very much overprized for what you get, compared to nearby alternatives. You typically get better standard rooms for lower."
