"Good clean property with great location to the ocean and to the dive shop. Prices of the food and drink were okay considering it was a beachfront resort."

"My third time at MarPas and it's always a pleasant experience. Nice gated area and friendly staff. Always easy to work with too for early check-in and check-out. Highly recommended if traveling to the Valencia area"

"Weren't allowed to check-in because we had family that wanted to visit."

"Property says air conditioning which is correct except it only has air-conditioning in one bedroom upstairs. The rest of the unit is horribly hot"

"My only complaint is the toilet in room NASA only flushed occasionally. The staff and food were excellent. Great setting on the beach."

"Great apartment, great host, couldn't ask for more. A"

"Thanks Doug, this was a nifty first base paired with my rental car whilst I was finding my retirement feet before I moved closer to Dumaguete. Pool was great, calm spot. Thanks again."

"very good amenities and good price"

"Enjoyed the amenities the pool was beautiful and refreshing. The room was a bit small however, but livable for one month. Liked the area to downtown. Easy transportation. The security guard was a 'wealth of information' as well. "

"Loved the ocean breeze "

"The place was not as I expected on the picture, beside the beach house is a public place which most locals drink, screaming and singing. No privacy !!!! Terrible experience. Never again!"
