"Perfect home for family and friends ! It is on the bay side - which was perfect location for smaller grandkids. The gulf side was very rough and would have been unsafe w smaller kids ! The bay side was perfect ! Also ordered pizza from pirates pizza and had delivered ! Perfect for after long day at the beach ! "

"We had a nice stay. Beach is beautiful and has been expanded from what the pictures in the listing show (as of March 2025. Google maps and Apple maps were not yet showing it either) Beach access is still just a short walk away. There is a dune now too but there is an access bosrdwalk. Very convenient. Property is showing some signs of wear, but nothing that would stop us from returning."
