Overall the Hotel was nice and room 363 was very spacious. This is our 3rd staying at this hotel. The big disappointment this stay and both times in the past is the internet. It is almost useless and after this 3rd dissatisfaction with the internet I will not be staying here again. Hotel=Nice. Internet =VERY Bad.

It was late afternoon when we checked in and only 1 receptionist who was dealing the influx of the people waiting to checkin. And attending multiple phone calls as well. The family room exceeds my expectations as it was huge and bed were big and spacious. Breakfast is fairly good not much selections but Im not complaining as I dont much into eating breakfast. Location is just so perfect accessible to everything. Staff were all welcoming and the hotel has maintained its friendly environment ever since I first stepped in here 3 decades ago. Highly commendable.
