"An overnight stop in Belgium and our first introduction to this lovely hotel. Welcoming, novel, nice ambiance and great staff interactions. Our room was clean, lovely and quiet with a good size balcony. The bed was comfortable as were the pillows. Great beer and quality coffee available at a reasonable price. We also enjoyed the breakfast and the variety. Our dog was welcomed and that’s important to us. Will definitely be back. Thank you. "

"From the airport transfer which was particularly difficult after landing to the superb reception staff service this was a lovely one night stay close to Charleroi airport. It may be basic but rooms are clean and warm , beds are comfy and the pillows outstanding , leading to a fabulous nights sleep. We didn’t do breakfast however the restaurant and bar looked lovely. Little seating areas around reception . Everywhere looked very clean and well kept. Would stay again if using this airport. I would stay the receptionist who welcomed us and checked us out in the morning couldn’t have done more and is well informed , helped with onward travel advise. Bus stop right outside the hotel for easy transport to rail or Brussels Centre "

"I needed an Hotel in close vicinity to the Airport, this proved Ideal. The staff were extremely helpful. The hotel has a modern feel, and the early morning shuttle service was a factor when selecting this hotel. I would definitely recommend for business travel use. "

The cleaning room service was prompt and thorough, making sure everything stayed spotless throughout my stay. Another big plus was the great parking facility, which made it super convenient to come and go without any hassle. Overall, a fantastic experience—I’d definitely book again!"
