They did not honor our reservation. VBRO had to help us find another place to stay.

The worse ever

I show up to check in and waited 25 minutes since there isn’t anyone at front desk to check in, the lady that worked at front desk comes and lies to me that she has only been gone for 5 minutes and that she was in the restroom and was extremely sick with a cough and when I asked if she had a mask I could have she completely ignored me and was very rude and all to find out there isn’t a reservation for me even though I had a reservation confirmation and ID. So I had to look for a different hotel at 2am since “there wasn’t a reservation for me”The worse experience ever.
