Beautiful Villa with South Facing Pool and Spa, and Lake View

This luxurious and beautifully furnished five bedroomed Villa is in the popular and prestigious lakeland community of Watersong . Its excellent location close to the I4 interstate provides easy access to all the major parks and attractions, Disney, Sea World, and International Drive are only 20 minutes away, with Universal Studios 30 minutes away. We have easy access to Orlando International Airport which is also only 30 minutes away!There are lots of world class golf courses nearby with the championship course of Providence only 2 minutes drive, and the courses at Champions Gate only 10 minutes drive away. With lots of great restaurants and shops close by, having a lovely meal out or by the pool is easy. The open layout allows you to enjoy the full beauty of this villa with its five bedrooms and 5 bathrooms and south-facing aspect overlooking a lake and trees. Enjoy a BBQ on the extended deck with the outside kitchen or relax in the spa and pool after a day of fun visiting the attractions(heated at an extra cost).The Watersong Resort is a gated community surrounded by woodlands and lakes and conservation areas. There are numerous on-site facilities available free to guests including a grand clubhouse, a fitness centre, table tennis, pool tables, air hockey, shuffle board, and a large outdoor heated pool, children's playground and a beach volleyball court. Our Pool can be heated if you wish at an extra cost, and a refundable security deposit will be required.
**Please note that due to extra cleaning to stay Covid safe, if you wish to check in on the same day as another guest leaves, the check in time will be 6PM to give the cleaners the extra time to clean**

We had a great time at the Davenport villa. Plenty of room for everyone to have their own place. Pool was amazing, hot tub perfect after long park days and pet friendly gave the option to travel at all! Thank you Kevin and Tonia for a great vacay!!

We loved the large patio, it was very peaceful place to read, play games, hang out. House was large and plenty of room for us. There is a playground by the clubhouse that we used as well Host was very nice and communicated well.

We planned a long weekend trip to Disney from New Orleans for 7 family members and friends. The house was perfect for our group - lots of space for family time and privacy when needed. The house was in wonderful condition and very comfortable. Kevin was very responsive to our communication and he made sure we had all the information we needed for a relaxing stay. I would absolutely rent this beautiful home again for future stays.

House was very well maintained, clean lots to do on your downtime as far as entertainment goes knowledge was all kept in a binder for troubleshooting or any issues property owners were nice well-mannered very helpful and wonderful to work with property was also in a gated community and was just absolutely amazing I highly recommend for anyone looking for vacation house to stay at this is the place.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The heated hot tub and pool were an added plus after long days walking around the parks. There were 9 of us and there was plenty of room, my youngest son was able to have his own room, which was nice because he is usually the one who has to sleep on the couch lol Thank you for making this family vacation even more special 😊

We only had a 4 night stay in this property, it was very comfortable and well equipped although some areas require some TLC. The property is a little tired of which some areas I did pout out to the owner during our stay. Communication with the owner was excellent from booking through to stay.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed Kevin’s property! It’s spacious and comfortable. The amenities were as described. Kevin is a great communicator and organized. He had everything you would need in the house manual. We would definitely stay here again and recommend to others!

The villa was very clean and well equipped. Spacious and comfortable. In a lovely location which was close to all the theme parks and shops. Lovely pool area to relax in. The house was great. We had no issues. There are some things that could use a little TLC, but hey I know the drill, this is a rental property, that's the way things go. Kevin and Tonya could not have have been easier to work with, communication was great. Pool and hot tub were well maintained. The family enjoyed the stay. It is very close to the entry gate, making it a breeze to get in and out, and the people at the security gate were super friendly.

We have just returned from our Florida holiday and had an amazing week in Kevin and Tonia villa. There were 2 families in our party with teenage boys. The house was a perfect size with the 5 bedrooms and ensuites. The pool area was a great space to relax and kept the boys entertained when we were having down time from the parks and exploring the surrounding areas. This villa is tastefully decorated and has all the kitchen gadgets/ crockery/pots and pans you could wish for, plus the outside kitchen / bbq area. I would recommend this villa, its centrally located, great value for money and Kevin and Tonia are the perfect hosts, with very quick responses to any questions you have along the way. Thank you for our enjoyable stay!

We enjoyed staying at this property. We were in town for a Disney vacation for 10 nights with 7 family members. The house was a perfect layout for us, we really enjoyed the master bedroom upstairs close to our kids while the grandparents were able to be downstairs. We had a few small issues with things not being clean by prior guests and the management company but Kevin was very quick to respond about them. Overall it was a nice stay here.

We had a blast and I got engaged! The house was beautiful and the property manager was so helpful and responsive! There were cockroaches in the kitchen but when i told the owner he offered to send someone out same day to exterminate (its florida we understand theres gonna be bugs). Would 1000% book again!

The villa was perfect, my family and I had the most fantastic time in your home, we could not fault anything and glad we heated the hot tub as was a great place to be after being in the parks all day, would love to return to this villa again in the near future.
