"We did not stay. I said we had reservation and booked online and he said they don't do reservations. I showed him my confirmation and he said again we don't do any online checkin. Was hard to understand so we left and had to drive another 1 1/2 hour to find a hotel. I'm very upset that we didn't this money so I want refund. "

"Good location and enjoyed the pool. Staff was friendly even though they were extremely busy. The breakfast was well stocked. However the first floor room smelled like chemicals. There were crumbs under our pillows and the sheets smelled like someone else’s body odor. There was also a bloody Kleenex in our sheets."
