A great time

Another Great Vacation

We love staying at this villa, one of the best we have ever booked. Very well furnished to a high standard, plenty of room for larger groups and a great pool area it does not disappoint. The development of Providence is very secure and well maintained. It is a very relaxing and quiet estate. The owner Soony and his local manager Flavio were extremely responsive to questions we asked them and offered immediate advice and assistance to us. This was extremely important as we were there during Hurricane Helene and the bigger Milton. We wouldn't hesitate to make this our ho,iday rental villa choice next time we vacation in Florida .

Huge home for large families

The home is beautiful, very spacious, and looks exactly like the pictures. The house was super clean the kids had an amazing time in the game room. If you are tall beware, all of the furniture is low. One of the drawbacks about the house is that some of the beds were not very comfortable and should probably be replaced because you could feel indentations in the mattress were people had slept. Also, a few of the shower heads should be replaced as well because the water shoots out everywhere when you shower. Other than that, the house was perfect. The neighborhood is beautiful and there's a grocery store 2 minutes down the road. Checking in was super easy and the host was very responsive. We really enjoyed our stay!

Great home

My family and our family friends stayed in this home for a week. The pool was a huge hit with the kids. The house is very big, enough room for both families(total of 9 of us). The game room was also a great feature for the kids. Beds were very comfy. The host was very prompt in responding to issues. The only thing it needs is more pots and pans to accommodate larger groups which wasn’t that big of a deal, we managed. All in all it was a great stay and everyone had a great time!

Fantastic Property In A Great Location

The villa is beautifully appointed and in a great location in the Providence Golf complex which is close to all major roads and attractions yet quiet enough to be able to get away from it all. Excellently furnished and has all the equipment you could wish for in a home from home. Sonny was a very attentive host and was quick to answer my questions. Would definitely stay here again

Friends Getaway

Excellent house that was exactly how it looks online. Super clean and plenty of room. We were there for our kids dance competition at Disney so the location was perfect. The communication with the owner, Sonny, was great. He is super responsive. Definitely recommend staying at this property. You won’t be disappointed! Thanks Sonny!!

Orlando Getaway

This was a late Christmas gift for my family. The property was so spacious and clean. Everyone had ample space to relax. The heated pool (during January weather) was a great place to unwind from all the attractions and activities of the day. There was a slight issue at the end of our stay with drainage but the property owner was prompt and courteous with repairs and accommodations. We will return for a warm vacation during the winter!

True Depiction

The advertised photos of the home are a true depiction in person. The home is lovely, clean, and had everything we needed (spaciousness, a recreational room, pool). The neighborhood is quiet and the community itself is comprised of all lovely homes. My family and I had plans to travel to Tampa and visit other shopping attractions, but never left the home (only for grocery runs). Instead, we remained in the home spending quality family time together.

Comfortable and at home!!!

Group of nine for 5 days 4 nights and still there were 2 under utilized rooms!! ;) Pool was great with the perfect sitting area! Dining room table was perfect! Although we only used the kitchen for 1.5 meals on our stay. The game room was a plus +++ that’s where most time was shared! The beds were very comfortable. If you watch TV there are actual streams available to watch. The house was clean and everything was perfect and as expected maybe a little more!! There are a few suggestions that I would like to add which had no downfall on my stay, however simple suggestions. The front room at the entrance could be used as a movie room with a bigger tv or screen projector on the wall. Add a soaking tub in the master bath upstairs to match that wonderful shower. I was very tempted to replace the shower head with a wider one for a more dramatic effect while showering…LOL oh..and rugs at shower and tub and the door at the pool entrance. I’ll stop now you can tell now that I do event planning and decorations!!! For future guests this is the perfect location for your stay, don’t pass by it, drive up to it!!

Do not rent!!

My family rented this home for Christmas. It was not a good stay. I waited to write this review, to give Sonny a chance to respond to my last message; no response. Problems with the home: -bathrooms were not clean (hair in showers, dirty shower liners, and toilet bowls were black) -urine stain on the bed in the Master bedroom -air hockey table did not work -pool table was not level -remote control batteries needed replacing in the front room -oven was dirty and did not work Sonny and the Property Mgr responded fast to the oven issue. The oven was unable to be repaired… it’s Christmas Eve. The property mgr said that Sonny advised him to bring a propane gas tank, a convection oven, and provide pool heat “for my inconvenience.” Imagine buying Christmas dinner and having to bake everything in a convection oven 😠. The stove was not even repaired on Tuesday. I did not hear from Sonny nor the Property Mgr. We left Wednesday despite having paid until Thursday. I inquired about a partial refund. Sonny replied he could not guarantee a refund. He sends me a screen shot from the property mgr that stated the shower liner “wasn’t that dirty” and that he was charged for pool heat, a convection oven, and propane gas. As much as I paid for this rental for Christmas, that was the least you could have done! The home was not as advertised. Shower liners should be changed between guests. By the way, the pool nor the propane gas was used. Don’t waste your money. DO NOT RENT!!!

Amazing villa

We loved our stay at this villa. It was spacious, clean and perfect for our family trip. The pool was perfect to relax in after a busy day at the parks. Locally there is a supermarket as well as a couple of takeaways we would recommend. The villa had everything we needed. When we arrived the alarm had a fault and was beeping. The property manager came out at 9pm on a Saturday evening to disarm it- amazing service out of hours. This meant from our first night there we had a peaceful night’s sleep. Thank you

Family Vacation

The kids liked the pool and game room the beds was a little hard the young people didn't have a problem just the older people in the group and one room tv Roku didn't work so that person was a little upset but all in all loved it and the younger people didn't like paying to park since you can only have 2 cars parked there and have to pay for the other ones.

Easter Getaway

We stayed as a family of 6 adults for Easter 2022. The positives: The Villa itself is very spacious, we had enough room to move freely and not get in each other’s way. Lovely washing room, plenty of swim towels, normal towels, and hot water was always great. The games room is brilliant. The outside pool area is fantastic - lots of room, great seating areas and lots of sunbeds. Easy check in with the key collection. Excellent communication from the owner who was very responsive at all times. The pool area gets the sun all day long so is amazing for sunbathing, and the pool is very nice too. We had the pool heated but I’m not 100% in that kind of weather it’s necessary. You are also not overlooked at the back of the villa so is great for privacy. The supermarket is about a 7 min drive and the villa is great for accessing all the things to do in Orlando. The not so positives: The beds weren’t super comfy, and the villa in generally needs a bit of TLC. Kitchen was over equipped on certain items (lots of crockery) and under equipped on lots of other items (not a single wooden spoon!). Communication with the management company was incredibly poor. We didn’t think the villa was super clean when we arrived. Very little information in the villa on places to go etc. could do with a manual of some sorts. Confusion over a ‘welcome pack’ so make sure to arrange this prior to arrival. All in all we had a great stay at the villa and would certainly recommend!

Large and family-friendly

Super quick responses from management! Lots of kitchen supplies. Decent beds. We stayed in April and got the heated pool. So worth it. Feels bigger than the pictures! Game room was a hit as well. The sound level stays pretty quiet even with adults staying up later than kids. Overall great stay and totally worth it.

We Keep Going Back!

Our 3rd time staying at this rental home. Has a beautiful pool, well stocked kitchen and lots of pool towels. Beds are comfy and plenty of room in house for family. Location is quiet and south facing pool gets sun all day.
