"This is the most perfect place for getting away to unwind. For those wanting peace and quiet, but not far to travel, visiting historical towns and picturesque villages. Lots of nice pubs for food and drink. The cottage is extremely well equipped and spotless. It is everything you see in the photos. Just wish we could have stayed longer. Thank you."

"The house was lovely and really easy to walk not the town centre. Information from the host both before our stay and the welcome info when we arrived was really useful. They have thought of everything even down to leaving condiments etc in the kitchen. The kitchen was very well equipped, you don’t need to take anything with you except your food! Bathrooms were clean and again, supplies were provided. Couldn’t fault it."

"Nigel was very accommodating n friendly. The place was clean n comfortable, our two golden retrievers were made very welcome. The pub was close but not noisy. The post office come local shop had everything you needed. The people we met in the village were all very friendly. We will definitely go back"

"We spent 2 nights at the monastery barn and we had a great time. Communication with the property manager was fantastic. They were very generous hosts. We particularly enjoyed spending time in the conservatory and in the enclosed garden were we able to let our dog explore without any concerns!"

"The house is in a great location, overlooking the race course and with balconies and a patio. Town centre is a gentle walk along the river, I managed a morning jog around the race track and a stroll down the very popular Greenway. Inside it is really clean, with loads of space for 6 of us to freely move around without bumping into each other. My dad isn’t great on his feet, so a downstairs bedroom with en-suite was a great feature. The house has everything - we’ve been caught out before...

"This was a beautiful house to stay in. Very homey, clean and spacious. The jacuzzi was a great touch. I would definitely book again but with others next time. It was a little pricey and big for me, husband and two under 2. I Would for sure recommend for 6-8 people. "

"The property has not been well maintained. There was a rear patio but clearly the garden had not been maintained this year. The property was marketed as a six person property but you had not provided bowels and teaspoons for six. You provided a dish washer but we could not use it as we needed things for next meal. The stairs were death trap and had to be used with care. We could not open the windows to let fresh air. Overall it was not up to the standard that we normally find"

"The house had everything we needed for our friends' weekend away. The beds were comfortable, the house was clean and everything worked. It could do with a lick of paint in places, but otherwise we were impressed with the spacious accommodation. The house is well located, with an easy 10 minute walk into Stratford , for the shops, restaurants and theatre. Kristy was helpful and quick to respond."

"This property is excellent for a target market of people travelling for work who just need a functional place to sleep and aren't fussy about the conveniences and luxuies usual in holiday let properties. We were happy with our stay because we had full days planned and were only in the property from 10pm to 8am each day, but I wouldn't recommend a holiday here if relaxing at the property would be part of the plan. The staircase is too steep for anyone older than 65ish or younger than 7ish....

"Clean, comfortable and it felt secure. Comms all by text, but responsive. Didn’t meet anyone personally. Be aware you will be asked for a deposit by bank transfer which was not highlighted on Expedia - it worked fine and was transferred back to me within 24 hours. Nothing nearby, aside from Aldi. "
