"Love the customer service commitment! I was told at booking that the hotel provided shuttle service to/from the FLL airport. However, upon arrival at the airport, the hotel shuttle was unavailable. The front desk person advised me to catch an Uber or taxi and said the cost would be deducted from my hotel cost. How amazing is that?! I never had that kind of service offered at any hotel! Dina was delightful and helpful at the front desk!"
