Deerfield 41 is a lovely 3-bedroom 2.5 bath, private end unit with plenty of space. Featuring a fully equipped kitchen, new Keurig, spacious living with a large 60-inch TV, wood fireplace (wood included). wireless internet, and all bedrooms have new flat screen TV's. The wrap around porch highlights this townhome complete with a gas grill.
Easily accessible year-round and centrally located to area attractions.

Just minutes from skiing, mountain biking, scenic state parks, wildlife refuge and a championship golf course.


This condo is located in Deerfield Village. A beautifully maintained community in the heart of Canaan Valley. Families enjoy the many amenities including: Amenities include outdoor pool, tennis courts, fishing pond, horseshoes, basketball court, volleyball court, and playground. Families enjoy riding bikes throughout the community and holding family reunions and other get togethers throughout the year!
