"I love the area of Davos Dorf and Davos Platz. We stayed in Davos Dorf at the Hotel Bunda. We came by train and it was about 3 blocks from the train station and not bad if you don't mind walking. They had a large breakfast which was good. We only were able to eat there one day. There is no air conditioning, however, in their defense, the evenings are cool and our French doors opened out into a balcony, so we kept it open until night fall. It was not bad for sleeping. They could not provide us a fan. The front desk is supposed to be manned until 1800 hrs but they leave early so couldn't get ice for our room. Also, the restaurant was not open on two days during the middle of the week. No elevator either, but they took our luggage up to our room. However, we left early in the morning, so we had to take our luggage down two flights of stairs."
