"My stay at Hotel Qellenhof in Arosa was enjoyable. The hotel is well situated on the main street, serviced by a free bus service from the train station. The room was clean, with a balcony with an outstanding view. Breakfast was included and was excellent, with a pleasant attendant. The only downside was the lack of facilities in the room for making tea or coffee. An issue was that the hotel has no front desk or accessible person in charge. Check-in is electronic, so your phone has to be charged...
