She responded immediately, handled the situation professionally, brought in the appropriate help to address it, and even provided a partial refund for the inconvenience. While no one hopes to experience an unexpected problem while traveling, we appreciated how quickly and fairly the owner worked to make things right....

"This beautiful home was the perfect location for us to visit the Victoria Theater and the Wright-Patt Museum. "

"My husband and I were in town for a long weekend watching a tournament at University of Dayton. This home was small but the location was perfect for what we needed, we were very close to campus and also to many of the best restaurants, shopping and nightlife. With the unique layout of the home, having to walk through one bedroom to get to the other, I would not recommend to more than a couple or maybe small family. It worked perfectly for us and we would definitely stay again should we be back...

"This is a charming quiet retreat right in the heart of town. The proximity to Glen Helen and the downtown area is great and makes it easy to come and go throughout the day without having to get in the car. The host was thoughtful and available and we very much enjoyed our stay. Yellow Springs is an awesome community well worth checking out. This home felt like the perfect way to experience it."
