This deposit must be sent via Zelle within 12 hours of booking. If you do not agree to these terms or are unwilling to send the deposit, DO NOT BOOK this property.

We reserve the right to cancel any reservation if the deposit is not received on time. Due to Airbnb’s lack of support in recovering host property losses, this policy is non-negotiable and applies to all guests without exception.
