Wonderful Weekend

Stayed the weekend for a cheer competition. This condo was perfect for me and my 2 girls. Plenty of room and the view was perfect. I will book again if we are there again.

Condo has everything we needed. Perfect ocean front view and even has beach wagon/chairs/umbrellas/boogie boards and toys for us to use. We will definitely book the unit again.

Great for the kids

We enjoyed our stay, great location to the beach and restaurants. The kids loved the pools and lazy river. The building itself seems a little dated. We had a couple of small issues and the owner was super responsive and helpful.

Best place in Daytona!

This was our 3rd year staying in the best place in Daytona and we loved it. The condo was clean and everything we needed was provided. Watching the sun rise every morning from the balcony is just amazing. The band shell is beautiful,. There are restaurants and shops within walking distance. We hope to return again next year.

The property and resort are well kept. Beds and living room furniture were comfortable. View was amazing! Joshua was very responsive to our questions. The hot water took several minutes to heat up the first night, but worked normally the rest of the visit. Be prepared that the resort took vending machines out of the South Tower.

Was just as expected. Great view & great location. Air went out 2nd night in the entire building. Maintenance came to clean out the system the next day. Got pretty hot. Ended up stay longer with a late checkout. Was good location for events at the Peabody. Wish we would have gotten a little money back for the inconvenience of the air. Overall I would stay again.

The property was very nice and all of the staff was very nice and polite BUT the room was infested with German Roaches. All of our food that was in the cabinets had to be thrown away because we found Roaches. I spoke to the front desk and they didn't seem too concerned. Their reply was "we will call the pest control company " i will never stay here again unfortunately.

Deferred Maintenance Death Trap

Get ready to wait 20+ minutes every time you want an elevator... Turn over an ID, CC, or cash to borrow a luggage cart and be treated like a criminal by the check in desk. The building is old and worn out. But the most concerning was the fire alarm went off for a real fire. Did not go off on our floor, only on the lobby floor and the stair wells. The only reason we figured out there was a fire was the smoke was coming up the elevator shaft and the elevators didn't work. Then on checkout day, we got different checkout instructions from the owner than the ones in the welcome email or and paperwork. So if they say we didn't follow directions or rules, that's why. We were already in our car leaving when they sent a follow up email with new check out instructions. The pools were ok but the lazy river is tiny and pretty dangerous with under inflated tubes and really rough sides. Wear shoes at least. Good luck if you stay here! Thank God our stay was only one night!

This was one of the best vacations I had ever had. Property was spotless, view was spectacular. All amenities were very well done. My absolutely only complaint is that there were four TV remotes waiting for me, only one of them mattered and worked, the Roku, and there were no instructions provided to make that work. Once I figured out that the upper left arrow would navigate me, things got great and I had a wonderful time. Love the beach view, you could walk out the fourth floor of the building into a huge promenade of shops, and the layout of the apartment meant that sunlight was not waking you in the morning. The mattresses were the best I have ever slept on. Host was very supportive, and communicated, and I had a great time. The only complicated part was that the building is run under two sets of names, and we were in the south tower where they rent out condo units. Offsite, let me recommend the “dine and cruise“, I think that was it, for a lovely evening, cruise and a nice meal and incredible views. Best vacation I ever had.

Condo wasn’t clean we checked in, our host did not respond but ended up later trying to make it right and offered a slight refund. It appeared to be an issue with the cleaning service. Would book again but would need to confirm the room was clean. It did have nice view, if the room was cleaned then we would have had no issues.

We stayed in this unit while passing through Daytona on the way to Tampa to board a cruise ship. We enjoyed it so much we stopped back by Daytona for one more night here before heading home. I have stayed here every year for the past 6 years.This is the best spot in Daytona. The views are amazing, the Band Shell, shops and restaurants are a stones throw away. The balcony a cup of coffee, watching the sun rise is my favorite place. Joshua the owner is the best, responds very quick if you have an issue. I hope I get to return again next year.
