This is not a newly built luxury high-rise resort — guests who appreciate relaxed beachfront charm, direct ocean access, and a laid-back Daytona vibe tend to love staying here.
As with many older beachfront properties, guests may occasionally notice:
• Ongoing maintenance projects
• Temporary water shutoffs
• Maintenance crews onsite
