Great time

We loved staying here. The room is clean, updated and well appointed. Convenient walk out to the pool, tiki bar/grill and ocean. Security has been increased since the last time we were here and feels very safe. We will definitely stay again!

Made me want to buy a place on the beach

The location was great! The hurricane damage was disappointing, but to be expected and listed accurately in the listing. Other than some bugs that are normal for Florida it was perfect!

Hawaiian Inn 124 was just as the photos showed and was quite nice with a great view and fantastic location on the ground level . I'll be back !

Great week in Daytona

Very clean,,nicely stocked kitchen.our ground floor unit opened to patio area-pool closed but waiting for inspection. The condos were on the beach with direct access to the beach. Some of the coin operated washing machines and dryers didn’t work but maintenance man was able to assist us. Would return another year

Good beachfront experience

Overall, the resort is very nice and is in a good beachfront location. The condo itself could use some renovations/uplift. The resort front desk for some reason did not accommodate our requests at all when I told them which unit I am staying in (play pens for our kids even though they have them available). Building heating/cooling is spotty.

Nice Condo Good Price

Condo was clean and had everything you would need. Loved being on the first floor with patio access to the pool area. The only down fall was not having a key for the patio door we had to walk around to the lobby to go out to the beach for the day. But we would definitely stay here again.

Great place

Can not express how much we loved staying here. The rental was clean and just as advertised. The pool and tiki bar were just outside the room which was amazing. And the beach is just steps from the property. Would highly recommend and will be returning.

Booking and check in was easy. I love staying at this hotel. I love the atmosphere at the tiki bar and Pool area. Communication with owners was very fast and responsive

Family vacation

Room itself was good. Everything was clean. Description of room was accurate. Beds firm and comfy. Ac works good. My biggest issues are pool door has no lock. So makes things less convenient being 1st floor. Have to leave unit unlocked when going out to pool or beach. Feel like a key be simple solution but wasn't one. No pool towels is a bit strange but not huge deal. Bathroom door doesn't close or lock. Huge issue is wifi is horrible. Other guests 3 rooms away have same issue. Not really owners problem but also is huge inconvenience. We last stayed at hawaiian inn 10 years ago and hotel area itself has gone downhill. Run down. Broken tables everywhere. Very dirty but still fun. For a cheap family vacation it's perfectly fine. I would rent from her again but just wanted accurate description for possible renters. Thanks for good room.

Good location

Good location, pool and tiki bar were great. The condo itself needs some upkeep. The bathroom door doesn’t lock or stay shut, one of the beds is amazing the other is hard as a rock and has some kind of plastic under neath the sheets. And the patio is in dire need of being pressure washed. But great access to beach as well. We enjoyed our stay.

the location it is exelente

the place its super great my room just few steps from the pool and few steps from the beach room its big and the living room also i think the only thing is that it needs to remodel it because everything inside its very old need to fix the bathroom door that doesnt close well also they need to place uniform for the bartender because they look so dirty and sweating they look nasty other then that the place its very nice i would definitely book this place again .

The best week ever

We had an amazing time while at 124! Was the best with the little ones being right outside on the pool deck! It was an overall amazing experience and super glad we were able to stay there again six years later!

Fun weekend in the Middle of all the Action

Great location with a walk-out onto the pool deck. Very close to Tiki Bar and covered pool. Easy ocean access with awesome ocean views. The Tiki Bar had typical bar-food snacks and worked when we did not want to venture out. Drinks were good but a little higher price. The people watching opportunities were endless. Even though there was tons of fun on the pool deck, our room was very quiet and relaxing when the door and curtains were closed. Being south of the downtown Daytona Beach on the A1A was a plus with easy access to shopping, groceries and entertainment.

The room was absolutely filthy and it smelled horrible. The pics of room are obviously old and edited. Everything in there is dirty. The location is great but it’s so nasty. Very disappointed.

WARNING ⚠️

Place was Nasty, slimy floors and old gross smelling furniture. The bathroom sink was Narley, the drain was plugged with nasty Grey slime. We had to go to wal mart and purchase our own bed linens to protect us from the ones present. We would never stay in that unit again!!!
