The living room has a large window with unobstructed views as well as a sliding glass door to the balcony and is complete with a dining area for four. The kitchen includes a breakfast bar with seating for three, solid surface countertops, full size appliances and is equipped with all cookware, dishes and utensils. The primary bedroom also has a sliding glass door to the balcony as well as a king size bed, TV and a full bath with shower. The guest room has two twin beds, a TV and access to a full bath right across the hall. This unit includes a full-size washer/dryer as well as internet access and cable TV. The pool and beach access are open. Please note: There are support posts on each balcony (as pictured) and throughout the lower garage. They will remain in place as a pre-caution until a concrete restoration project is complete in the future. The project has not been scheduled at this time. The building is open for occupancy.
