Access to the shared, heated pool, BBQ areas, sports courts, dry sauna, and fitness room are all included with your stay. With a fun, family-friendly atmosphere and no driving permitted on the adjacent beach, there is plenty of space for the kids to safely play here. Dog-friendly and centrally-located, this condo is just a short drive from Daytona nightlife or Ponce Inlet's restaurants and marinas.

What's nearby:
A short drive just a few miles south will bring you to Off the Hook Harbor and Marina or the Hidden Treasure Bar & Grill, both of which are local favorites. Check out the local Marine Science Center with rehabilitated sea life or enjoy some offshore fishing at the Critter Fleet. If you drive north, Daytona nightlife offers the boardwalk with local shops, arcades, rides, live music at the bandshell, and much more at Ocean Walk.

You cannot beat the location of this rental!! If your goal is to soak up the sun either at the pool or the beach, book this rental now. Having beach towels, a beach umbrella and some boogie boards available was a nice touch.

This property is one of the best properties I have stayed at. Very clean, great location right on the beach! Everything was exactly as pictured and had everything I need. It was just me and my dog and I felt very comfortable and safe at all times. Will definitely stay here again if I am back in the Daytona Beach area.

Great Location you walk right out to pool & Beach. Will deffinately be back. Suggest owner provide a hair dryer, and update some kitchen supplies. Other than that it was great for us !

This area of the beach is considered a Natural area so vehicles cannot drive on this part of the beach which was perfect for us. Nice pool and unit was just like the pictures. Away from the tourist shops and restaurants which was perfect for us. If you wanted to be close to Ocean center area it was a very short drive.
