Indoor pool open!

While the indoor pool and hot tub remain open, the outdoor pool deck and private beach access point at this complex are currently closed and is expected to open prior to June 2025. The indoor pool and hot tub are both open! There are still many accessible beach access points nearby in the meantime. This complex currently has a beach access point that is less than a 2 minute walk from Grand Coquina. It's located just one building over past Marbella Condominiums. Current prices reflect amenity closures and are as shown. Please be aware that from now until the outdoor pool is completed, there will be some construction noise during weekdays.

Grand Coquina boasts upscale comforts having just gone through a huge interior and exterior remodel. Experience state of the art facilities in scenic Daytona Beach Shores. The Grand Coquina boasts an assigned parking space per unit with additional first-come-first-serve parking spaces. The expansive oceanfront, seasonally heated pool is surrounded by designer pavers and native, lush Florida landscaping creating an oceanfront oasis. Grand Coquina is one of the few complexes in the area to feature both an indoor pool and an indoor hot tub so that guests can enjoy swimming regardless of the weather outside. Other amenities include a spacious fitness center, sauna, and 2 large club rooms.

Located just a couple blocks from the Dunlawton Bridge, Grand Coquina offers proximity to some of the areas best shopping and dining. Just a stone's throw from Grand Coquina is the Dunlawton Bridge featuring all the shops and restaurants on and near Dunlawton Avenue. Directly across from Grand Coquina is High Tides Restaurant and a convenience store. Local surf shops, Mini-Golf, convenient stores, and beach parks are also within a short walking distance.

The moment you enter this 15th floor, oceanfront condo you'll feel the weight of the world lift off your shoulders. Enter into the open floorplan to be greeted by a family room overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. Comfortable furnishings and a large television invite you to enjoy the breathtaking oceanfront views with family and friends. Enjoy cozy evenings in the recliner next to the fireplace. Host meals for the whole party with the fully stocked kitchen equipped. The adjacent dining area seats 6 and is surrounded by windows overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. This condo even includes an in-unit washer and dryer for added convenience!

This condo boasts three spacious bedrooms and three luxury bathrooms. The oceanfront primary suite hosts two queen beds with a television and large, glass sliding doors to enjoy the oceanfront views. The primary bathroom showcases a gorgeous, tiled shower with a built-in bench, private water closet, garden tub with grab rails, and double vanity.

The first guest bedroom holds a king bed and television with an ensuite guest bathroom. The first guest bathroom holds a walk-in shower. The second guest bedroom includes a queen bed with an adjacent guest bathroom. The second guest bathroom includes a shower/tub combo.

Follow the sound of the waves through the living room and onto your private, oceanfront balcony. Comfortable patio furnishings allow you to take in the joys of the ocean in privacy from only a few feet away from the sand.

Secured parking is available in the underground garage and includes a reserved space for each unit. There is parking for one additional vehicle on a first come, first serve basis on the main level. Please note only parking availability in your one assigned space can be guaranteed. There are no trailers or recreational vehicles (RVs) allowed to be parking on-site at any condo complexes however, we can refer guests to an off-site parking company upon request after the booking is confirmed.

The majority of adult guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. After booking, Oceans Luxury Vacations will reach out to you via email in order to obtain a photo ID and an e-sign rental agreement. If you book a reservation anywhere other than AirBNB and your arrival date is 14 days away or less at booking, we do also need a photo of you holding your ID in order to verify your identity and prevent fraud. Unless you are booking on AirBNB, the admin fee show in your quote is the only fee never refundable in the event of a cancellation. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to call.
