"No complimentary coffee, no tooth brush, shower cap, when I ask for it, I got charged for NT 10$ . They also charge fees for the airport shuttle, it turns out a taxi, we paid even more than we call taxi ourselves."

"We loved the spa & pool area! Very refreshing and relaxing after a busy 2 weeks and before a 15 hour flight. Staff was very helpful and the facility was very nice. Breakfast buffet was also very good!"

"Small rooms with thin walls, but really didn't bother me for the price. I got stranded in Taoyuan because my flight was canceled due to a typhoon and I needed a place to stay for a few days. I got a single room with private bathroom, but honestly didn't hear the typhoon st all. Stocked up on food for a few days and there were a few shared fridges, microwaves, and hot water dispensers. For the price, I can't complain much!"
