"Property was decent but bring bug spray windows stay open so there are mosquitoes and a couple roaches evey once in awhile but very good location next to evo mall plenty dining options only 20 minutes from kuala lumpur and several malls close by ioi mall was favorite isebelle restaurant great food amazing lasagna 24 hour security good place to stay for extended visits. "

"The whole process for this place is stupid. Cash only deposit, wont give change for deposit. Rude staff, the rooms are so dirty. Area not much to do. "

"Everything was great. Great reception (especially Ms Mimi, who checked me in), very comfortable and clean room. I had breakfast a few mornings. Regular (hourly) shuttle to nearby IOI City Mall. Malaysia was a great pleasure to visit. "

"No lift,only staircase.Inconvinien for old folk or with heavy luggage if you stay lvl 3. 1st glance of room looks ok. But later found small cockroach in the room. Also a small insect on bed sheet.And also, there is small ants on the wall and table. Room is spacious with window for superior type.The toilet layout is strange that need 3 steps on it.Poor sound proof. Wont be return if have a choice."

"Overall great place, however more oriented for business stay not vacation. Very close to a Mall with food court and biggest Mall in Malaysia 5 mins grab ride. Swimming pool lovely but no parasol and limited sun beds/ chairs. Nice gym but could turn on ac. Breakfast big spread but once items are finished you have to ask for replenishment. With few improvements would have rated 5 star."

"A beautiful property overlooking the nearby park and with a view of the distant KL skyline. Super convenient with IOI City Mall just down the road. We are a family with a toddler and found the swimming pool and mini water park very enjoyable. The room looks newly refurbished, we loved how spacious it was and the small table and seating sofa which was a cosy space for our toddler to play her toys on. The only thing was that the entryway was a bit narrow so pushing luggage and a stroller...
