"We loved our stay here. Except they could not get the fire going in our room and it was 45f and we froze. The other room heat kicked on and they were fine. If in the winter and staying in the family lodge make sure you have heat. Never expected to be cold in Africa! The animal safari was fun. Meals and views were great. Even had elephants walk by while we were enjoying breakfast! Would go back and stay for longer."

"This is a huge building, and it was quite a trek from the parking lot to the room with our stuff. However the room was comfortable and had all we needed. Some clients were smoking in their rooms which made the corridor smell strongly of smoke. We told management and they are aware of the problem."
