"The ac works great and the breakfast is good too "

"Every staff member I spoke to especially at the front desk seemed bothered to assist. The hallways and rooms are dirty and there were other guests screaming and carrying on. Banging doors and shouting past midnight and thru the early hours of the morning. Every time I tried to call front desk to ask them to send someone to address the issue…the line was busy…for hours and fast busy like they turned it off. Pools are clean but that’s it…everything else is dirty and unkempt and unless you are a college kid or an all night party-er this is not the place for you. Not family friendly….the smell of weed is overwhelming outside. It’s so bad that the hotel has sensors in the rooms to detect smoking so everyone smokes weed and vapes in the hallways and common space.. it’s also not safe for females alone….lots of places for someone to lay in wait "

"Poolside was great, just thw lack of supervision for kids was the thing for me. Staff needs to do more checks on children under age in the hot tub."

"The pros: great location, free parking. Room was clean. Great view of the bay. Thr bar sold drinks until 4 am everyday. Cons:The staff was not friendly or very helpful when it came to getting the ac to work. I requested additional towels and never received them. The breakfast was really grab and go. Jimmy dean breakfast sandwichs, a large variety. They had grits oatmeal packages, fruit and bagels. No insulation so u hear everything going on outside in the hallway. Overall i would stay again "

"The staff; Sharon, Nayeli Front desk Assistants and Harley Manager need training providing quality customer service, emotional intelligence and effective communication.. My reservation for two suites cancelled despite communicating with staff twice in one week of our arrival and receiving check-in email. The delivery of cancellation lack compassion and professionalism. When asked to assist with checking availability at other sister facilities I was informed this facility does not have access to assist. In layman terms your reservation cancelled and we will not help. All foods provided for a fee. "

"The parking was sufficient. The staff was great. The breakfast was minimal. The shower left a lot to be desired. The location is excellent not too thrilled about people smoking weed in a hot tub with their two-year-old with them no less. "
