"Overall we enjoyed the property - the views were awesome and the access to the beach was great. Everyone from all ages enjoyed the stay and the loaction of the home is in the perfect spot so if you need anything it was a quick ride. Any issues that were had were solved quickly and in a timely manner. "

"We had this vacation planned out for several weeks. We where celebrating my brothers Sobriety of ONE full year. We pulled our 26 foot boat and bikes down there knowing there was 2 acres and bike trails leading to blue springs. We where 30 mins out and the host (Angela) canceled our stay leaving 8 of us with out a place to stay. The only option was a hotel..... it ruined or vacation plans, and caused unnecessary stress. There reasoning for canceling was Due to "house rules" that they have to rent...

"I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The host was very informative, we had such a clean room and hotel and general, and we were close to so many things to do. Although the building is under construction, I still believe we got the best experience we could. Be warned, parking as of writing this is first come, so we couldn’t park in the lot on 4th of July. Besides that, 9/10 experience!"

"It is a wonderful vacation house. Very clean with modern décor. A great location, close to Sanford and close to many tourist parks in the area. Very relaxing."

"We had a wonderful time visiting with our son who is a flight instructor in Daytona. This is a great location for a family to gather. Embry Riddle Aeronautical University is about 10 minutes away if you are visiting your child during the school year and looking for a place to stay nearby. The neighborhood is very quiet. The host, Scott, is very communicative and helpful. "
