"The host was very kind and accommodating, and the home offers some great amenities. The game/movie room was a hit, and the bar area—though small—was a cozy bonus. I also really liked the kitchen, dining room, and living area. The neighborhood is quiet, and the people in the area were very nice, which added to the overall comfort of our stay.However, we did run into a few issues. One bathroom had sand in the toilet and shower, and the master bedroom floor was sandy. The most disappointing issue...

"Beautiful Location "

"We had this vacation planned out for several weeks. We where celebrating my brothers Sobriety of ONE full year. We pulled our 26 foot boat and bikes down there knowing there was 2 acres and bike trails leading to blue springs. We where 30 mins out and the host (Angela) canceled our stay leaving 8 of us with out a place to stay. The only option was a hotel..... it ruined or vacation plans, and caused unnecessary stress. There reasoning for canceling was Due to "house rules" that they have to rent...

"This was a wonderful place to stay. My boys and I stayed here to visit my daughter and my grandson. This house was cute and very family friendly! The pool was clean and warm, so the kids played in it all day! The owners were sweet and very accommodating. "

"I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The host was very informative, we had such a clean room and hotel and general, and we were close to so many things to do. Although the building is under construction, I still believe we got the best experience we could. Be warned, parking as of writing this is first come, so we couldn’t park in the lot on 4th of July. Besides that, 9/10 experience!"

"The house was clean and plenty of room for our party of 7 to spread out and sleep comfortably. We really enjoyed the pool and the covered porch area. There were plenty of towels and 2 washers and dryers which was great for washing my son’s baseball uniforms. Between the pool, corn hole provifed, and a board game we brought, we had a lot of family quality fun without having to spend a lot of money elsewhere."
