Great that our dog could come along too, and really good to have a fully fenced yard. Lovely beach walks and fresh fish & chips from Mr Grumpy’s, fab coffee at Ginger Ninja coffee house. A great weekend spot. "

"Great location for families - close to the beach and bike track/playground. Good set up for longer stays and wifi and Freeview were handy for rainy days. A bit rundown/dirty and would benefit from some maintenance jobs being completed. However a classic old school kiwi bach experience."

"This bach has a lovely setting up against the sand dunes and trees in foxton beach, close to the estuary, and with a walking track over the dunes to the beach at the end of the quiet road. We had a delightful stay, popping over to the beach for a morning swim or a sunset view, having tea on the front porch watching sunrise, walking along the estuary or wandering down to the Ocean Beach Eatery. Beds were very comfortable, shower was good, bathroom and kitchen updated from the classic bach original design. Garden lovely out the back. Jeff was fantastic to communicate with and very kind - I hope you found the bottle of wine we left you :) Would highly recommend for anyone wanting a stay in foxton beach. "

"This property had a massive section great for the children. The house was very spacious warm it had everything you basically needed unfortunately I thought it could have been a little bit more cleaner in some areas. As I’m a cleaner myself I would’ve had loved to have cleaned it for you before I had left, skirting boards window frames the bath needed a wipe out and the shower door needs some exit mould. The the only real downfall I feel was the camera was an invasion of privacy as it was basically looking into the living area as well as all of the entertaining area we do have cameras at our property also but I feel like this was a little close to where you entertain to feel comfortable. Overall it was a great stay super close to everything. The host we’re amazing and very accommodating.I would definitely stay here again if the camera was moved. Thanks"

"Newly renovated rooms , outside looks old. The thai lady was very nice. They have advertised about the pool but all the time it was closed. Also inside the room there’s no mirror."

"Awesome getaway with beachfront views, personal access to the beach over sand dunes and excellent options for outdoor living. Classic kiwi bach, with everything we needed. Great having the sleepout for extended family and excellent that our fur baby (dog).could come too. "
