The Ross House is a beautiful country home in the rolling hills of Pendleton County, Kentucky. It sits quietly in the little burg of Gardnersville, 7 miles east of I-75, perfect for family or friend get-aways! Enjoy a cup of morning coffee on the Sun porch that includes a hot tub, table for 6 and beautiful views. With a fully furnished kitchen, this is the perfect place to gather for a family get-together. You can enjoy a large family meal with the formal dining room that seats 10. Breakfast room with beautiful bay window includes a table for 6. Large family room with comfy seating and a 65 inch smart TV ready for movie night. Sunken family room with a sofa bed and smart TV. All the comforts of home with luxury hotel amenities such as hotel style toiletries, free wifi, comfortable beds, quality linens, plenty of towels, separate beach towels included for hot tub.

Sweet Mini-Vacay

We live almost an hour away from the Ark Encounter; however, we wanted to make our visit into a miniature get-a-way to relax and reset. The Ross House was fabulous! Our expectations were met and exceeded. We truly recommend this Vrbo. Easy check in/out, equipped kitchen and facilities, beautiful home, beautiful views, quiet neighborhood, and great property manager!

Rolling Hills and Beautiful View

The home was beautifully decorated and very welcoming. The owners were very friendly and responded quickly to any questions that we had. The property is located in a quiet area in the country between the Ark Encounter and Creation Museum. All of this made it a perfect place for my husband and I to stay for our vacation. We highly recommend this home to anyone who is looking for a place in this area.

Wonderful stay

We loved our stay at this home. It was very clean and well stocked and had a beautiful view. It was convenient to the Ark encounter and downtown Cincinnati. We were welcomed with homemade cookies and the home had everything we needed. The kids enjoyed the hot tub in the evenings with sunset views over the hillside. We would definitely recommend this property.

Family trip to the Ark

We loved this property. We were welcomed with jome made cookies!! Home is beautiful with a great ourdoor space. You get the feel of being in the country but you are close to town. We would definitely stay here again when in the area. Home madr cookies welcomedus!

Wonderful Stay

We had a wonderful time staying at the Ross House with our friends and family. The kids loved the hot tub and the yummy pumpkin bread! We had a relaxing time playing games and loved that we were able to cook our own food. The views are beautiful and there was plenty of room for everyone to spread out. We enjoyed Pig Out Pizza and visiting the ark. We hope to return again sometime!

Wonderful Getaway

We had an amazing time connecting with family in this fabulous VRBO. A lot of personality and more than enough space for us all. Very clean and well kept. I would definitely recommend to anyone visiting the area. We visited the Ark, Cincinnati Zoo, shopped, ate and took in as much as we could during our stay. The homemade cookies and extra amenities made it even better!

From the momet we arrived, we knew that we picked a good location. Absolutely stunning home . Super easy check in. Very spacious and accommodations were excellent for our needs. Very cozy and charming atmosphere. Owners are super sweet and seriously thought of everything. Home is sparkling clean and fresh. Property is absolutely gorgeous. The beds are extremely comfortable and we are lookig to use this property again in the next few months when we return from florida!

The Ross house was an amazing stay for my family. It felt like home. The house was spacious, the kids rolled down the hill out back, the scenery was beautiful and we didnt need for anything. We would like ro revisit sometime soon.

Carla went above and beyond to make our last minute need happen. The home is spacious, very clean and well stocked. The sunrise/sunset views of the mountains and barn completed the stay. The personal touches and set up make you feel at home. And the homemade pumpkin bread was delicious.

Beautiful home!!

Everything was perfect! This home is beautiful! Everything was stocked and had everything we needed. My kids loved rolling down the hill and looking at the cows. The hot tub was fabulous and relaxing after a long day of walking. They had homemade pumpkin there when we arrived. Also, a steak in the freezer that was delicious. We will be visiting again. We had such a great time.

Family Ark Adventure

I cannot find the words to express how much we enjoyed the Ross Home. The beauty of this home is beyond compare & also amazed it’s available to the public. This ranch style home is unbelievably spacious, with gorgeous decor & beautiful landscaping — and very, VERY comfortable. With much gratitude & appreciation to the Ross Family, we hope we can return some day.

Family Getaway

The house was very clean, welcoming with the delicious cookies. Loved all the Jesus and blessings signs . My daughter slept in the room with twin beds she said the lights from the church next door light up the room so it was difficult falling asleep. Maybe some thicker curtains would help . Other than that everything was perfect.

Nice stay in Demossville

This house was more than enough for us. And thank you for the cinnamon bread! The place was super clean and there is a nice view out the back. This is a great house. Future guests should just be aware that it is not close to shopping or much else. The nearest grocery is about 20 minutes away. If a rural country stay is what you're looking for, this is it! I recommend arriving in the daylight for the first time. We drove there at night and in the rain which was a little difficult. Overall this is a great place and we would definitely stay again when we come back to the area.

Farm house

This house was amazing, very clean the layout worked very well all the bedrooms are in the back with master bath and full bath in hallway. Every bedroom had a view. The hot tub was awesome they also had a Blackstone grill that i cooked on every day. The house had all we needed . The dinning room table seats 10 so we were all comfortable. We are already talking about a return trip
