"Problems with the place began when we hadn’t received any check-in instructions or any information from the host. Nothing! I was awaiting till 24 hour before. wWhen it was same day as arrival had to take place - I sent several messages in VRBO chat - no reaction! I was awaiting for any reply from 7:00 till 17:00 (check in had to take place officially at 17:00). I opened a discussion in VRBO support and they gave me host’s phone number. When I called … no response! After 30 minutes he called me...
