It is located in a nice quiet neighborhood near UCF. The lake in the back yard is a scenic touch. Our host was courteous and responded immediately when needed. We will definitely stay there again."

The only problem was the A/C and TV. We called William and he came and fixed it. I think the problem was the excessive heat outside in August, the style and location of the unit wasn't hitting the bed. I like it cold when we slept. "Another wonderful stay at this property. This time we stayed in the Boho Nights apartment. Loved the vibes on the room. Way bigger than I expected and honestly if I could live there full time I would. Location is perfect for enjoying downtown Sanford. The backyard is enjoyable and I'm intrigued by the little rock lights. I cannot recommend this place enough. I believe in staying at another one of their properties in 2 months. You cant go wrong."
