Poor water pressure in shower. Location was great . Beds were very comfortable . Hair dryer that was provided, didn’t work on high power. The electric plug that hair dryer had to be plugged into was black like it was malfunctioning. Staff were friendly . .

I travel for work and spend a good amount of time in hotels this one seriously impressed me. Honestly one of the cleanest, nicest hotels iv stayed in The pool was super nice and well heated. The breakfast was amazing with a good selection of choices. The rooms are very clean and look newly renovated. The whole establishment itself is clean (lobby,laundry room,vending areas ect) and its in a good location being close to Lansing but not to close where it’s super busy. Highways right next to it to for easy on and off. Would recommend staying here. Oh and the pricing was absolutely amazing compared to similar places that are not as good! Definitely will be staying here again

Shawn at the front desk was amazing! He was so accommodating and went above and beyond for all guests! Staffing wasn’t ideal, and you could tell that they were understaffed. Breakfast was served every morning at 6 AM. The kids had a blast at the pool area. Now, as far as the room goes. They were clean, but due to the high volume of guests and inadequate staffing it was hard to keep up with towels & wash clothes.
