"Our stay was just one night, but we wish we could have stayed more. It is a beautiful hotel with beautiful rooms, great service and food. The rooms were spacious, and the floor our room was on had a large and very nice lobby "living room" area when departing the elevators. We only had one problem, and if we stayed more than one night we could have said something--the shower was not very clean. It seemed so out of place because everything else was immaculate. We did ask for a smoke free room, and it may be the switch of the room caused the issue. Would this stop us from staying there again if ever in Amman--no way!! We loved this place!"

"Fantastic resort setting on the Dead Sea with staff available to assist around every corner of this expansive property. Front Desk, Concierge, Room staff, pool attendants and dining room staff were uniformly excellent. We wish we could have stayed longer. "

"The room air conditioner was horrible. The bedroom was so hot, but overall we like to stay in the condos. They keep renewing the building. We had a scare last night when they kept knocking on the door for room service. We didn't open the door because it was late. Good food downstairs and mud spa it was great! "
